What data I process and why

This website has no user registration. I only process personal data if you write to me:

  • If you write to me through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you provide it, the timeframe, what it is about and anything else you tell me. It reaches me by email and I use it to reply to you, just as if you had written to me directly. When you submit the form, the server receives your device’s IP address, as with any internet connection. It is used only to prevent spam and is not stored.
  • If you write to me by email: your email address, your name and anything you tell me. I use them to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to prepare a quote and a contract.

I do not use your data to send you advertising, and I do not sell it to anyone.

Your consent when you write to me, and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract when you ask me for a quote (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to me.

How long I keep your data

For as long as the conversation or the professional relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as required by legal obligations (tax and accounting).

If we do not end up working together, I delete the conversation after three months.

Who else has access to it

No one, except the providers I need in order to operate, who act as data processors:

Your rights

You can ask me for access to your data, or ask me to rectify or erase it or restrict its processing. You can also object to my processing it, or ask to receive it in a portable format. Write to me at me@davidpadilla.eu.

If you believe I have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or tracking tools. Fonts are served from the website itself, without going through third parties.

Some case studies include a video hosted on YouTube. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press the play button. From then on, the video is served by YouTube (Google), in its privacy-enhanced mode, and its privacy policy applies.
